- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Video Producer to lead our video
production efforts. - As a Video Producer, you will be responsible for the entire
lifecycle of video projects, from concept development to final delivery, ensuring the
highest quality and creative execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, plan, and oversee the production of video content for various
purposes, including marketing, promotional, instructional, and storytelling
videos.
- Lead the entire video production process, from pre-production (scripting,
storyboarding, budgeting, and scheduling) to post-production (editing, sound
design, and final delivery).
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop creative concepts and scripts
for video projects.
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of video shoots, including hiring crew
members, securing locations, and acquiring necessary equipment.
- Direct and supervise on-set activities to ensure the quality and adherence to
the creative vision.
- Oversee post-production, including editing, visual effects, sound design, and
color correction.
- Manage and maintain video archives and backups.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, video technology, and creative
techniques.
- Budget video projects and ensure they are delivered on time and within
budget.
- Ensure all video content is optimized for various platforms and devices.
- Continuously improve production and post-production processes to enhance
the quality of video content.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Film, Video Production, or a related field (or equivalent
experience).
- Proven experience in video production, including project management, from
concept to final delivery.
- Strong understanding of video production techniques, visual storytelling, and
post-production processes.
- Proficiency with video editing software and production equipment.
- Exceptional project management skills, including budgeting and scheduling.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and a creative eye for visual storytelling.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to adapt to changing project
needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with motion graphics and animation.
- Familiarity with color correction and color grading techniques.
- Knowledge of 360-degree and VR video production.
- Experience with live streaming and event video production.
- Graphic design skills and experience with graphics software (e.g., Adobe
Photoshop).
