We are looking for a talented and creative Video Editor who is also skilled in videography and graphic designing. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for storytelling, and the technical skills to bring our real estate projects to life through engaging and high-quality video content.

#### Key Responsibilities - Video Editing: Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos for marketing, promotions, and social media.

• - Videography: Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content for various real estate projects.

- Graphic Designing: Create visually appealing graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance video content.

• - Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop video content that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.

• - Content Strategy: Contribute to the development of video content strategies to increase engagement and reach.

- Quality Assurance: Ensure all video content is of the highest quality, maintaining consistency and brand standards.

• #### Requirements

- Experience: Proven experience as a Video Editor, Videographer, and Graphic Designer.

• - Technical Skills: Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.), graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), and videography equipment.

- Creativity: Strong creative vision and storytelling abilities.

• - Attention to Detail: High attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• - Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• - Education: Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing previous video editing, videography, and graphic design work.
