Job Description:

Are you a creative hustler with a passion for video editing and motion design Do you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where every day presents new challenges and learning opportunities If so, we want you on our team!

As a Video Editor/Motion Artist, you'll be responsible for turning creative concepts into visually striking video content and animations. You'll have the freedom to experiment, innovate, and make a significant impact on both our brand and our clients projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit raw video footage into polished content, ensuring storytelling aligns with the brand's tone and vision.
• Create and animate motion graphics, including titles, transitions, intros, and outros.
• Brainstorm and collaborate with the creative team to produce fresh and impactful ideas for projects.
• Stay on top of design and motion trends to bring innovative ideas to the table.
• Work on diverse projects ranging from promotional videos and advertisements to social media campaigns and branding materials.
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Adapt to the evolving needs of a growing startup and contribute to building a strong creative culture.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in video editing and motion graphics (2+ years preferred).
• Proficiency in software like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
• A creative mindset with a strong sense of visual storytelling and design aesthetics.
• A self-starter with the ability to adapt quickly and hustle in a startup environment.
• Enthusiasm for learning and exploring new tools, techniques, and creative avenues.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your video editing and motion design work.
