Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Video Editing Manager to oversee our video production department. As a Video Editing Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of video editors, ensuring high-quality video content creation, and managing projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:

1. Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
2. Coordinate with other departments (e.g., content creators, marketing) to align video content with overall strategies.
3. Develop project timelines and resource allocation plans.
Quality Control:
1. Maintain high standards of video quality and ensure consistency across all projects.
2. Review and approve final edits before delivery.
Creative Direction:
1. Provide creative input and guidance throughout the production process.
2. Collaborate with creative teams to develop concepts and storyboards.
Technical Expertise:
1. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in video editing software and techniques.
2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a video editor, preferably in an E-commerce, E-learning or digital marketing industry.
Strong proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop and After Effects or similar tools.).
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
