Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the creative team to understand project goals, target audiences, and content requirements.
- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished and engaging videos for various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and advertisements.
- Incorporate visual effects, graphics, and animations to enhance the visual appeal of videos.
- Ensure videos adhere to the company's branding and style guidelines.
- Select and integrate appropriate background music, sound effects, and voiceovers to enhance the storytelling.
- Work closely with content creators, designers, and marketing strategists to align video content with campaign objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and video editing techniques to maintain the agency's creative edge.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high-quality output.
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm new and innovative video concepts that resonate with target audiences.
- Participate in post-production quality control to ensure videos meet the agency's standards for excellence.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Video Editing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of video projects.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and composition.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate them into visually compelling video content.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
- Knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and platforms is advantageous.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
