Role Description:
We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive with 1 years 2 years of hands-on experience. In this role, you will be responsible for managing social media channels, creating engaging content, and executing digital campaigns. You will work closely with our creative team to enhance the social presence of our clients while supporting the overall marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter), including content scheduling, post creation, and engagement with followers.
- Develop engaging and relevant content tailored to each platform, ensuring consistency with the brand's tone and goals.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to keep content current and impactful.
- Work with the design team to create visually appealing posts, videos, and other creative content.
- Assist in the development and execution of social media campaigns to drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Analyse performance metrics and prepare reports to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Support paid social media campaigns, including managing ads and boosting posts for better reach.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in managing social media accounts, preferably in a startup or marketing agency environment.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter) and their respective best practices.
- Creative mindset with an ability to produce compelling, audience-focused content.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Ability to stay updated with social media trends and incorporate them into content strategies.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with social media advertising platforms, such as Facebook Ads Manager, is a plus.
- Basic graphic design skills or experience with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite are an advantage.
