Video Editor

We are looking for video editors to join our team at POI. You will be responsible for editing long-form content, short films, documentaries, and podcasts.

Responsibilities:

1. Video Editing:

- Edit long-form content for YouTube, ensuring seamless transitions, visual storytelling, and engaging narrative flow.

- Edit short films, documentaries, and podcasts, maintaining consistency in style and quality across different formats.

2. Post-Production:

- Enhance video and audio quality through color correction, sound mixing, and other post-production techniques.

- Incorporate visual effects, graphics, and animations to enhance storytelling and engagement.

3. Content Collaboration:

- Collaborate closely with the content creation team to understand storytelling objectives and translate them into visually compelling videos.

4. Quality Assurance:

- Ensure the highest standards of video and audio quality are maintained throughout the editing process.

- Conduct quality checks and revisions to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years of work experience in video editing, with a focus on long-form content, short films, documentaries, and podcasts.

- Proficiency in video editing softwares

- Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and delivery platforms.

- Experience with color correction, audio mixing, and visual effects.
