Video Editor Intern

Job Summary:

HERE AND NOW offers a job opportunity to freshers and experienced candidates to gain valuable experience in the media industry.We are looking for high performing and dynamic editors to collate and transform raw footage into an exciting and cohesive finished product that is in line with our goals and is suitable for broadcasting across multiple platforms. The candidate will play a key role as the back-end support for our Marketing team. We are preferably looking for candidates who can join us full-time or part-time on an immediate basis.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Edit videos in a professional and efficient manner that meets the standards of publication on social media.

2. Review the content presented to create a database on value and contribution to publications.

3. Work with the various iterations of special effects and integrate the same in a seamless and timely manner.

4. Consult and report to the management with regards to the progress and performance of content.

5. Maintain consistent efforts to discover & implement the latest trends & softwares in the industry.

Qualifications:

1. Proficiency and proven work experience with editing softwares (e.g.Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro etc).

2.Candidates should own their own laptop that is capable of rendering at a good quality and speed. Laptops will not be provided and editing on mobile will not be encouraged !!

3.Accommodation should be arranged and paid for by the candidate if relocation is required.

4. Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio.

5.Preferred BA degree in visual communications or equivalent.
