Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute fast-paced reels for various projects and campaigns.
- Edit and assemble raw footage into high-quality, visually appealing reels that align with brand guidelines and objectives.
- Implement creative editing techniques, transitions, effects, and animations to enhance the overall impact and engagement of the reels.
- Ensure timely delivery of completed reels while maintaining high standards of quality and creativity.
- Stay updated on current trends and best practices in video editing, social media, and digital content creation to continuously enhance skills and techniques.
- Work closely with the marketing team to understand audience preferences and optimize reels for maximum reach, engagement, and virality.
- Collaborate with other team members, including videographers, graphic designers, and content creators, to ensure seamless integration of visual elements and cohesive storytelling.
- Manage and organize project files, assets, and resources effectively to streamline the editing process and maintain project timelines.
- Provide constructive feedback and creative input during brainstorming sessions and team meetings to contribute to the overall success of projects.
- Adhere to project deadlines, production schedules, and budget constraints while demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced production environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing fast-paced reels and dynamic editing skills.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Excellent understanding of video formats, resolutions, aspect ratios, and optimization techniques for various platforms, including social media.
- Creative vision and storytelling ability, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, visual effects, and color correction is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in film production, media studies, or a related field is preferred
