Job Description: We are seeking a talented and experienced Video Editor to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be a pro in video editing with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of the latest design trends. This role involves editing videos for podcasts, events, and other media content, ensuring high-quality production and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit video content for podcasts, events, and other company projects to create engaging and polished final products.
- Collaborate with the content creation team to understand project requirements and deliver creative video solutions.
- Apply the latest design trends and techniques to enhance video aesthetics and viewer engagement.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion without compromising on quality.
- Continuously improve video editing processes and stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies.
- Handle light settings, mic settings, and angle adjustments to ensure high-quality video shoots.
- Take responsibility for shooting videos, including setup, recording, and post-production editing.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a video editor with a strong portfolio showcasing your editing skills.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, and other relevant tools.
- Solid understanding of color grading, audio editing, and motion graphics.
- Strong sense of timing, pacing, and the ability to create a compelling narrative through video.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest design trends and techniques in video editing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of light settings, mic settings, and angle adjustments for video shoots.
- Hands-on experience with shooting videos, including setup and execution.
