Job Overview: We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video production and editing, with the ability to turn raw footage into polished and professional videos. As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for assembling recorded footage, adding effects and transitions, and ensuring that final products align with the company's vision and brand.
Edit and assemble raw footage into engaging and professional video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with the creative team to understand project goals and objectives.
Apply color grading, sound design, and visual effects to enhance video quality.- Ensure all video content meets the company's style and branding guidelines.
Review and implement feedback from stakeholders to refine and perfect videos.
- Maintain organized project files and assets for easy access and updates.
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in video editing and digital media.
Proven work experience as a Video Editor or similar role.- Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro.
Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and exporting for various platforms.
- A keen eye for detail and storytelling through video.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.- Experience with motion graphics and visual effects (optional but preferred).
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Film, Digital Media, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Experience in editing videos for social media platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
Familiarity with audio editing and sound mixing.
