Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Video Editor at Creative Roots Studios. As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for editing and assembling recorded raw material into a finished product that aligns with the client's vision. You will collaborate closely with producers, directors, and other team members to ensure the final video meets the client's expectations and effectively communicates the desired message. This role requires strong technical skills in video editing software and an artistic eye for storytelling through visuals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
- Knowledge of video production processes and best practices
- Experience in color grading and audio mixing
- Familiarity with visual effects and motion graphics
- Attention to detail and ability to work on tight deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Portfolio demonstrating previous video editing projects
- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Multimedia Design, or a related field is preferred
