Role Description

* Collaborate with creative and marketing teams

* Produce high-quality video content, including editing, motion graphics, and animation, for promotional videos, advertisements, social media content

* Design compelling graphics, illustrations, and visual elements

* Utilize industry-standard software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)

* Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity and brand aesthetic across all content and channels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and standards.

* Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in video editing, motion graphics

* Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, timelines, and deliverables

* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and deadlines effectively to deliver projects on time and within budget.

* Provide creative direction and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

* Continuously evaluate and optimize visual content performance based on analytics and feedback, iterating on strategies to improve engagement and effectiveness.

* Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Film Production, or a related field.

* Proven experience in video editing, motion graphics, and graphic design

Location - Bandra west.

Salary - 40 to 50k
