Role: Video Designer Executive

Job Brief: The Video Designer with Marketing Responsibilities will be primarily responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing engaging video content for various purposes, with approximately 70% of their time dedicated to video-related tasks. Additionally, this role will involve supporting marketing initiatives, contributing approximately 30% of their time to marketing activities such as campaign planning, content creation, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Video Production (70%):

Prepare design plan, concept and layout for motion graphic project.

Design and create enticing motion graphics for video deliverables (corporate videos, eLearning, marketing demos, etc.)

Create and deliver motion graphics in various media including web, mobile, etc.

Lead the video production process from concept to completion, including scriptwriting, storyboarding, filming, editing, and post-production.

Create visually stunning graphics, animations, and visual effects to enhance video content and maintain brand consistency.

Utilize industry-standard video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe After Effects) to edit and enhance video footage.

Optimize video content for various platforms including social media, websites, and digital advertising channels, ensuring compatibility and optimal viewing experience across devices.

Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure that video content meets the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and brand consistency.

2) Marketing Support-

Assist in the development of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote TechBridge and its products/services. Create marketing materials such as blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, and website content. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall company goals and messaging. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, including ROI, website traffic, and social media engagement. Stay informed about emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in both video production and marketing, and incorporate innovative techniques into projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's / Masters's degree in Film Production, Multimedia Design, Visual Effects, Marketing, or related field.

Proven experience in video production and design roles, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative video projects. Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premier and Canva, or equivalent.

Experience with motion graphics software such as Adobe After Effects or similar tools.

Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas and collaborate with team members.

Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.

Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus.
