Role Overview:

The Content Creator will be responsible for shooting daily in-house content, editing videos following our brand guidelines, supporting our graphic designer in content production, managing the social media content calendar, and coordinating content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Shoot Daily In-House Content: Capture engaging behind-the-scenes footage, promotional material for new menu items, and special events.

2. Video Editing: Edit video content following TOVO's brand guidelines, incorporating graphics and ensuring the final product aligns with our voice and vision.

3. Graphic Design Support: Assist in producing visually appealing content for various digital platforms, including social media and email marketing.

4. Social Media Content Calendar: Plan and schedule content across social media channels to maximize engagement and brand visibility.

5. Content Planning and Execution: Work closely with team members, to plan and execute content creation strategies.

Key Requirements:

Any Degree or Diploma or equivalent experience

Minimum 1 year of experience in video production, videography, or content creation, ideally in a marketing or creative environment.

Strong skills in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).

Experience with DSLR cameras, lighting equipment, and sound recording gear.

A strong eye for visual composition, storytelling, and detail; a solid grasp of colour theory, pacing, and editing techniques to enhance narrative.

Ability to adapt style and approach based on audience, platform, and feedback.

Effective in managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.

A portfolio showcasing a variety of video projects, including short-form and long-form content.
