Requirements
We are seeking a creative and entrepreneurial-minded Video Content Creator & Social Media Manager to lead our video content strategy and drive impactful, brand-aligned marketing initiatives across YouTube and social media platforms. Key Responsibilities:
- Video Content Strategy: Lead the full lifecycle of video content creationfrom ideation to production and distributionacross YouTube and social media platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and marketing goals. - Viral Video Creation: Conceptualize and produce high-impact, shareable video content that resonates with enterprise and SMB audiences and drives channel growth.
- SEO & Optimization: Implement best practices for YouTube and social media SEO, including keyword research, thumbnail creation, metadata optimization, and effective use of tags and playlists to maximize video discoverability.
- Social Media Management: Oversee content planning and posting schedules, ensuring consistent and engaging presence across all relevant social media platforms.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration: Manage internal teams and coordinate with external partners, such as studios, influencers, and agencies, to create top-tier video content. Foster effective coordination for seamless project execution.
- Influencer & Collaborative Campaigns: Curate and lead influencer-driven video campaigns, building a robust network of collaborators to amplify brand reach and engagement.
