• Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and creative female Video Content Creator to produce engaging video content for our projects. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling through video, a strong understanding of social media trends, and the ability to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience. As an In-House Video Content Creator, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, shooting, and editing video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and promotional materials.

• Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Develop and produce high-quality video content, including promotional videos, behind-the-scenes footage, tutorials, and more, for our various projects.

• Conceptualization: Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop innovative video concepts that align with the company's brand and goals.

Shooting and Editing: Handle all aspects of video production, from shooting to editing, ensuring the final product is polished and professional.

Social Media Content: Create video content tailored for social media platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook, that drives engagement and brand awareness.Storytelling: Craft compelling narratives through video that captivate our audience and effectively communicate our brand message.

• Client Projects: Work on client-specific video content, ensuring their vision and requirements are met with creativity and professionalism.

Equipment Management: Ensure all video equipment is properly maintained and utilized efficiently during shoots.

Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest video content trends and techniques to continuously improve and innovate our content.Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including photographers, graphic designers, and marketing staff, to create cohesive and impactful content.

• Qualifications:

Proven experience in video content creation, including shooting, editing, and post-production.

• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.

Strong creative and storytelling skills with an eye for detail.

• Knowledge of social media platforms and content trends.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

A passion for videography and the creative industry.

• Experience in the photography and video production industry is a plus.

• Requirements:

Female candidates preferred due to the nature of specific projects.

• Availability to work full-time in-house at our Raipur office.

Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends, as per project requirements.
