ViCi Dialer Administrator

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented ViCi Dialer Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage and optimize our ViCiDial systems to ensure efficient and effective operation. Your expertise will be pivotal in driving the success of our outbound campaigns and lead management processes. Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience with ViCiDial.
• Expertise in database management software, such as SQL.
• Understanding of performance metrics and how to measure and optimize them.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop lists for telephone campaigns using various sources.
• Manage leads using database management systems.
• Increase pipeline volume, agent talk time, and conversion rates.
• Optimize campaigns by analyzing and measuring key performance metrics.
• Track all activities and provide timely reports against agreed performance metrics.
• Assist departments with data extraction from the dialer.
• Collaborate with managers to ensure lead management initiatives align with departmental needs.
• Enrich the leads database.
