We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our academic leadership team as Vice Principal. The successful candidate will play a critical role in fostering an environment conducive to academic excellence, student engagement, and faculty development within our college. The Vice Principal will support the Principal in administrative functions, policy formulation, and strategic planning while ensuring compliance with educational standards and regulations. This position requires a strong leader with excellent organizational skills, a deep commitment to progressive education, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Principal in daily operations and long-term strategic planning.
- Oversee academic programs and ensure curriculum alignment with institutional goals.
- Provide leadership in faculty recruitment, development, and performance evaluation.
- Promote student success through mentoring programs and academic support services.
- Facilitate communication among faculty, students, and administrative staff.
- Manage compliance with educational laws, regulations, and accreditation requirements.
- Lead initiatives to enhance community engagement and partnerships.
- Represent the college at academic and community events.
Requirements
- M.A. in Education, M.B.A or Ph.D. in a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience in an educational setting.
- Strong knowledge of current educational practices and trends.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive school culture.
- Proficient in using technology for administrative and educational purposes.
