Job Title: Vice Principal
Qualifications:
- Post-graduation in any field, preferably Master of Commerce (MCom).
- Bachelor of Education (BEd) and Master of Education (MEd) qualifications.
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of work experience as a teacher or vice principal in a CBSE Board school.
Experience and Skills:
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a minimum of 5 years of teaching experience or experience as a vice principal.
- Proficient in curriculum development, implementation, and assessment strategies aligned with CBSE standards.
- Strong organizational and management skills to oversee various administrative responsibilities effectively.
- Ability to provide instructional leadership, mentorship, and support to teaching staff to enhance teaching practices and student learning outcomes.
- Familiarity with educational technology tools and their integration into instructional practices.
- Knowledge of educational laws, regulations, and policies relevant to CBSE Board schools.
- Strategic planning skills to contribute to the school's continuous improvement initiatives and long-term growth.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Principal in providing effective leadership and management of the school to achieve its educational goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement academic programs, policies, and procedures in alignment with CBSE guidelines.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the school, including scheduling, student discipline, attendance, and extracurricular activities.
- Monitor and evaluate teaching and learning processes to ensure high-quality instruction and student achievement.
- Coordinate with parents and stakeholders to foster positive relationships and address any concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Manage the school's budget, resources, and facilities to optimize utilization and maintain financial sustainability.
- Represent the school in various forums, meetings, and events to promote its mission, values, and achievements.
Salary Range: 50,000 per month to Good Hike on Last Drawn Salary.
Availability: Immediate to 3-month notice period. Location: Omkar International Dombivli
