RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support to the Principal: Assist the Principal in the overallleadership and management of the school. Act as the second-in-command andassume responsibilities in the absence of the Principal.
Curriculum Development and Implementation: Work with teachers to developand implement curriculum initiatives. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness ofteaching strategies and academic programs.
Student Affairs: Oversee student activities, clubs, and events. Play arole in addressing student behavioral issues and implementing disciplinaryactions.
Professional Development: Coordinate and provide support forprofessional development activities for teachers. Collaborate with thePrincipal in evaluating and mentoring teaching staff.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze academic performance data andprovide reports to inform decision-making. Assist in the development andimplementation of data-driven improvement strategies.
Parent and Community Relations: Collaborate with the Principal inbuilding positive relationships with parents and the community. Attend andparticipate in parent meetings and school events.
Emergency and Crisis Management: Assist in the development andimplementation of emergency and crisis management plans. Play a key role inensuring the safety and well-being of students and staff.
Administrative Duties: Handle administrative tasksdelegated by the Principal.
Support the implementation ofpolicies and procedures within the school.
