Job Description: As the Vice President of Resource Augmentation, you will play a pivotal role in the growth and success of Expand My Business. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire client onboarding process, from lead generation to the closure of client requirements. Leveraging your extensive experience in resource augmentation and client management, you will lead a team of professionals to identify, engage, and onboard clients while ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive strategies for client acquisition and onboarding.
Oversee the lead generation process, utilizing various channels such as networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital marketing to identify potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique requirements and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of client onboarding processes.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients, tracking progress and optimizing strategies to maximize conversion rates.
Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the client onboarding team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Monitor and analyze key performance metrics related to client acquisition and onboarding, making data-driven decisions to drive growth and efficiency.
Represent EMB at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance our visibility and reputation in the marketplace.
Stay informed about regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to client onboarding and resource augmentation, ensuring compliance and adherence to standards.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in resource augmentation, client management, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in client acquisition and onboarding.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients at all levels.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to drive initiatives forward in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to optimize processes and drive business growth.
Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools for managing client relationships and tracking sales activities.
Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics within the industry or sector.
Proven ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic and demanding environment.
