Possess an excellent understanding of the US market for IT services and software sales, including industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Should have experience of revenue generation of 2-4 M USD per annum.
Provide strategic direction and leadership to the inside sales team, ensuring alignment with company objectives and revenue targets.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to market penetration.
Strong understanding of Solution Sales with software development services, technologies, and market dynamics.
A strategic outbound sales methodologies to drive revenue growth and market expansion, with a particular focus on the dynamic and competitive US market.
Proven Track record selling Complex Enterprise Solutions required. Solid sales skills in finding prospective customers and helping with their retention.
Excellent communication and presentations skills with top-notch customer service approach.
Ability to work successfully with team, partnering with all other organizations within including Sales, Engineering, Development & Marketing.
Should travel to the US frequently. (Having prior US or EU travel experience is a must)
