We are expanding our operations and are seeking a strategic and experienced leader to oversee our end-to-end operations, ensuring the smooth deployment, management, and optimization of our EV fleet.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fleet Deployment:Lead the deployment of electric vehicle (EV) fleets with various last-mile delivery companies, ensuring seamless integration and operational efficiency.
- Driver Management:Oversee driver sourcing, training, retention, and performance, ensuring high-quality service delivery and driver satisfaction.
- Fleet Maintenance:Ensure regular service and upkeep of the EV fleet, managing service schedules and preventive maintenance to maximize fleet uptime.
- SOPs and Reporting:Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and establish a comprehensive reporting system to effectively manage and monitor fleet operations.
- Team Leadership:Lead and manage a diverse operations team, including operations executives, hub managers, vendor managers, and the fleet R&D team.
- P&L Ownership:Take full ownership of the profit and loss (P&L) for fleet operations, driving cost efficiencies while meeting operational targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Strategic Collaboration:Work closely with the COO and other senior leaders to align operations with the company's overall strategy and business objectives.
Key Qualifications:
- 10-12 years of experience in operations, with a proven track record of leading large-scale fleet management operations.
- Prior experience in a leadership role, managing complex operations teams and driving operational excellence.
- Strong background in electric vehicles, fleet deployment, and last-mile delivery solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage P&L and drive cost-effective solutions in fleet operations.
- Excellent team management and leadership skills, with experience in handling cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Ability to create and implement robust SOPs and reporting systems to ensure smooth operational control.
