As the
Vice President Sales of an organisation's Real Estate Company specializing in Land Sales, you will be responsible for leading the strategic vision, growth, and overall operations of the organization.
Located in Noida Sector 4, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, building relationships, and expanding our presence in the competitive real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company objectives, with a focus on maximizing land sales and profitability.
- Sales Management: Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets for land sales, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market trends to expand the company's land portfolio and revenue streams.
- Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and reporting processes to ensure sound financial management and sustainable growth.
- Operational Excellence: Streamline operational processes and systems to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer service delivery.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards governing land sales and ensure compliance across all operations.
- Team Building: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and accountability.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, government authorities, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and reputation.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven experience (8+ years) in real estate sales, with a focus on freehold plots and land acquisitions.
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of driving sales performance and business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Sound knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market dynamics.
