Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Vice President of Investment at SJR Primecorp located in Bengaluru. The Vice President of Investment will be responsible for investment management, due diligence, developing investment strategies, and overseeing finance activities. The role will involve day-to-day tasks related to investment management and strategic planning.

Qualifications

• Experience in investment management and finance
• Proficiency in due diligence and investment strategies
• Should have strong HNI database
• Able to raise fund 100 CR.
• NCD bond making, Angel investor., debt capital
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to effectively manage a team and collaborate with stakeholders
• Knowledge of the real estate industry and market trends
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
