Job Summary:-
Serve as a primary interface between Maestro Realtek & all associated developers.
Partner with developers senior management on all approval matters including operations, policy matters & strategic planning.
Maintain a master list & files between all the developers and Maestro Realtek
Acquire new developer relationship as per the target on a monthly quarterly & yearly basis.
Handle all the escalations of the Developers and resolve from Maestro Realtek's side.
Provide competitive market survey wrt to pricing and product comparison as in when required.
Frame SOPs, guidelines and timelines wrt to all the operations of the company & audit the same and ensuring the compliance of the same.
Ensuring smooth & timely collections of payouts due from the developers & maintaining the records and MIS of the same and providing and producing reports on timely basis.
Coordinating internally with marketing & sales team to provide all the data & reports to developers as required and vice versa.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, Architecture or related field
An advanced degree in Business/Management/Finance/ Management or a related field is
strongly preferred
Minimum of 10 years of industry experience with 5 years of experience in real estate
industry or related field with desired experience/expertise in Business Development
Leadership Competencies and Skills
An excellent ability to communicate orally and in writing is essential.
Excellent customer service and analytical skills are necessary as is a personality that pays
attention to details
Must exhibit initiative and a strong desire to achieve results.
Proficiency in real estate financial analysis is required. Must have demonstrated ability to
manage complexity and must be organizationally/politically astute
