You will primarily be responsible to identify relevant customers, cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, idenfity potential opportunities and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Expansion: Identify and target new business opportunities within the BFSI sector. Deep dive into accounts to manage stakeholders in order to achieve closure.
- Sales and Revenue Generation: Drive the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and pitching to negotiating and closing deals specifically for the products we build.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders within the BFSI sector. Employment is Temporary; Relationship is Permanent. Understand their pain points and help them out.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from onboarding to post-sales support.
- Presentation: Ability to create and give out presentations that justify the quality of our brand.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Between 3 to 5 years of experience working in the Banking sector. Any role is okay.
- Education: More than Education, Openness to be Educated is needed. Your Degree is appreciated, but not necessitated. Common Sense Required. And a working knowledge of Maths.
- Skills:
- Listening Abilities. You should be a good listener first.
- Honesty. Lying to potential customers, misselling is not acceptable.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, highly preferably, in selling SaaS solutions to financial institutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and nurture long-term relationships
- Language: Colloquial Hindi and English is a must. The more languages you know, the better. Learning a language is an admirable skill and shows a willingness to learn. Also helps reduce auto fare in specific regions if you know their local language.
