Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Vice President Media Relations. As the Vice President Media Relations, you will be responsible for managing press releases, media relations, strategic communications, public relations, and corporate communications. This role requires you to be on-site at our location in New Delhi.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive media relations strategy to elevate Corpradar's brand awareness and reputation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets across relevant industry publications, business press, and financial media.
- Proactively pitch compelling stories about Corpradar, its services, and industry insights to secure positive media coverage.
- Manage media inquiries, serve as the primary spokesperson for media relations, and effectively communicate Corpradar's messaging.
- Oversee press releases, media kits, and other communication materials to ensure brand consistency and messaging clarity.
- Monitor media coverage and analyze its impact on brand perception and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Stay abreast of industry trends and media landscape to identify new opportunities for media engagement.
- Lead and mentor a team of media relations professionals, fostering a culture of creativity and proactive communication.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in media relations, public relations, or a related field.
- Proven track record of securing positive media coverage in top-tier publications and broadcast outlets.
- Strong understanding of the media landscape, including traditional and digital media channels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
- Demonstrable experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with media professionals.
- Strategic thinking, excellent judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
