Job Responsibilities:
Designs and deploys data-driven online marketing campaigns to create brand awareness
and seize marketing opportunities in the USA.
Deliver tangible results on both brand awareness, positioning and online campaigns.
Develop and implement marketing strategies that increase demand and aid in revenue
growth.
Communicating organizational marketing plan and developing competitor research.
Proven success in designing and implementing sophisticated customer journeys for the
C-suite.
Well-versed with TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU strategies.
Driving the entire gamut of marketing and communications activities with accountability
for sales enablement, content creation, thought leadership, demand generation, event
management, analyst relations, account-based marketing, and digital marketing efforts.
Produce ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently.
Understanding and developing budgets and finance, including expenditures, research
and development appropriations, return-on-investment and profit-loss projections.
Work Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Online Marketing, with a proven track record in
revenue generation through marketing campaigns in the USA.
Experience in BPO, BPM, or Service Industry is a must.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and manage high-performance teams.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-
functionally.
Solid understanding of digital marketing tactics and tools for organic and paid
marketing.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to enhance the effectiveness of marketing
campaigns.
Budget management experience with the ability to maximize ROI.
Proven marketing campaign experience.
Strong copywriting skills.
Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content
marketing.
Required Qualifications: A Master Degree in Marketing or Sales.
Shift: Since the focus geography is the United States this role will require the candidate to have
flexibility to work during US time zones between 3pm to 3am IST.
