Vice President HR Shared Services HR Operations and Payroll
We are hiring for Head HR Shared Services in one of Leading Global Financial Services in India
Exp-12 years
Qualifications: Higher-level degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or equivalent.
Experience: Desirable to have at least 12-15 years of relevant experience.
Must-Extensive experience in shared services, HR and Payroll operations with a strong track record in a leadership role.
Candidate Profile / Skillset
Excellent leadership, team management skills
Candidate from global capability center (GCC) with proven experience in setting up HR operations in GCC and building efficiency in end-to-end process.
Strong communication, negotiation influencing and relationship management skills.
Strong stakeholder management skills to collaborate with other departments & can operate in a highly matrixed environment and at all levels of the organization.
Strong in-depth understanding of HR policies and processes.
Good coaching and leadership skills to manage a team.
Strong skills in payroll processing and data management
Good understanding of local laws and regulations pertaining to HR policies and processes
Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills, excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills, understanding of HR and Payroll processes, regulations, and best practices, knowledgeable in HR/Payroll systems, strong financial acumen.
