Position: Vice President - Finance
Location: Vashi , Navi Mumbai

- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Lead the financial planning & analysis function, including budgeting, forecasting,& variance analysis. Provide insights into business performance, trends, & opportunities for improvement.
- Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation & analysis of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, & annual financial statements. Ensure accuracy, completeness, & compliance with accounting standards & regulatory requirements.
- Cost Management: Monitor & control costs across all areas of the business. Identify cost-saving opportunities, analyze cost drivers, and implement measures to optimize operational efficiency and profitability.
- Cash Flow Management: Manage cash flow & liquidity to support business operations & financial stability. Forecast cash flow requirements, monitor cash balances, & implement cash management strategies to optimize working capital.
- Financial Controls: Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard the company's assets & ensure compliance with policies, procedures, & regulations. Conduct regular audits & reviews to assess control effectiveness & mitigate financial risks.
- Tax Planning & Compliance: Coordinate with tax advisors & authorities to ensure compliance with tax laws & regulations. Develop tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities while maximizing tax benefits for the company.
- Financial Modeling & Analysis: Develop financial models & scenario analyzes to support strategic decision making, investment evaluations, & business planning initiatives. Assess the financial impact of proposed projects, initiatives, & acquisitions.
- Business Partnering: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights, analysis, and support for key business initiatives and projects. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management on financial matters.
- Team Leadership: Build & develop a high-performing finance team capable of delivering results & supporting the company's growth objectives. Provide coaching, mentorship, & professional development opportunities to team members.
Qualifications:
CA Qualified & Proven experience 10+ yrs in finance leadership roles, preferably in retail logistics, Service,e-commerce or related industries.
Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, & make strategic recommendations.
Solid understanding of tax laws, regulations, & compliance requirements.
Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis tools.
Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organisation.

Pay: 50,000.00 - 80,000.00 per year
