In under 2.5 years of operations, we have transacted over 5 Lakh sq ft and 500 Crs of commercial real estate. Our platform has over 6000+ properties across Mumbai and we work with over 5000+ tenants.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE

1) Developing relationships with top corporates who could be potential tenants for commercial properties.

2) Lead and execute transactions to ensure a smooth closure.

3) Leading and building a transaction team for commercial leasing.

4) Understanding corporates/individuals leasing goals and proposing them appropriate opportunities.

5) Sourcing properties fitting client requirements from real estate developers, channel partners and landlords.

6) Meeting clients and assisting them in property visits.

7) Negotiating, closing deals and taking care of the post sales process for tenants.
