We're seeking a future team member for the role of
Vice President, Business Technology Liaison I to join our
Transformation team. This role is located in
Pune, Maharashtra - Hybrid.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- The Lead RPA Software Developer will be responsible for executing business projects to automate new or existing processes using RPA tool UiPath.
- Ability to understand the business process and create process flow diagrams.
- Analyze business problems, design technology solutions to these problems and manage the solution through the full life-cycle.
- Work with the development teams to support issues and guide them in building Automations.
- Ability to Design & Develop UiPath solutions and create reusable components, frameworks and libraries.
- Ability to Participate in process re-engineering efforts, Partner with team do peer code reviews.
- Works in collaboration with projects teams to develop, test, Integrate, implement and support solutions using RPA platforms.
- Responsible for ensuring an efficient integration of programming deliverables, timely builds and overall code quality.
- Educate business teams on value proposition and efforts estimation.
- Mentor/advise colleagues through the automation software lifecycle, providing advice and guidance on best practice and development techniques.
- Must Have Experience: VB ,C# .net programming experience for building libraries, methods, modules, Custom Activities.
- Experience in leading architecture aspects of RPA development with strong emphasis on Object Oriented analysis and design (OOAD), layered application development, domain driven design, and architecture design patterns.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
- Must be having a computer Science education background.
- Good in any one of the programming language VB/C# .Net
- Should have 10 to 12 years of experience in building automation with UiPath.
- Should have lead a RPA Developer Team of 5 to 6 in prior.
- Required to be UiARD certified Developer and good to have UiPath Solution Architect Certification.
- Experience in AI Centre and Document Understanding or any other ML Model generation tools.
