Role and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the client solutioning lead on multiple concurrent proposals, provide creative direction and mentorship to design team members and own the development of design playbook and standards.
- Work with leadership team, account leads, and other stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of client needs and project objectives
- Strategize and develop alternate solutions for the client to fit assigned programs and budget
- Generate innovative solutions that meet business goals and user needs, while adhering to ANSR & Client brand guidelines and technical constraints
- Provide mentorship to the design team in creating detailed design deliverables, including design concept, floor plans, tender drawings, 3d views and design documentation
- Work closely with the design team and manage the development of design successfully from one phase to the next, without compromise to quality, budget, or schedule 2
- Lead project discussions with clients as needed
- Collaborate closely with developers / landlords throughout the execution process to ensure that designs are executed flawlessly
- Provide quality control and review design documentation and schedule project team deliverables
- Be responsible for the ideation, development and maintenance of ANSR design standards and playbook
- Conduct primary and secondary research on design methodologies, materials, finishes and color palette
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and share knowledge with the team on a regular basis
- Contribute to the continual improvement of design processes and procedures
- Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence within the design team

- Ability to function independently yet communicates downwardly, laterally and upwardly with ease
- Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and coordinate complex issues
- Experience in handling projects with diverse and multiple internal/external stakeholders is crucial
- Excellent communication and Stakeholder Management is essential
- Manage work and deliver within a dynamic environment
Experience and Skills:
- Minimum 15-18 years professional experience in architecture design and client solutioning
- Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
- Strong understanding of design thinking, design solutioning, design standardization and other design principles, preferable corporate interiors
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture with Master's degree in Interior Design or equivalent
