Manage closing and consolidation process
Supervise Payroll / AP functions to ensure proper costs flow
Key player in establishing internal control environment (workflows/processes)
Reviews financial statements and analyses budget variances
Reviews monthly commissions and bonuses
Participates in all external reporting requirements (SEC)
Prepares share calculations, stock compensation and income tax analyses
Leads Annual Audit with Independent Accountants
Maintains bank relationships and ensures adequate liquidity is available at all times
Functional responsibility for systems environment
