Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or related field (Master's degree preferred HR & Marketing).
- Proven experience (4 to 5 years) in designing and managing digital training programs, preferably in an open-access or online learning environment.
- Strong understanding of digital learning technologies.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in digital training platforms, learning management systems (LMS), and online collaboration tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate participants from diverse backgrounds.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in analysing program metrics and making data-driven decisions to optimize program performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Development:
- Develop a strategic plan for the digital training program, including defining target audience, learning objectives, and curriculum structure.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to design engaging and relevant training content, leveraging a variety of digital formats and delivery methods.
- Ensure that the program content is accessible and inclusive, catering to participants with diverse learning styles and preferences.
- Platform Management:
- Select and implement appropriate digital training platforms and tools to host and deliver the training program.
- Oversee the configuration and customization of the digital platform to optimize user experience and engagement.
- Manage participant registration, enrolment, and access to training materials through the digital platform.
