Position Title: Verification & Validation - Testing

Compensation Range: 6,00,000 - 10,50,000 per annum
About the Role :
We are seeking a dedicated Verification & Validation Engineer to join our automotive manufacturing team. This role focuses on validating and verifying automotive components and systems to ensure they meet performance, safety, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Testing & Validation: Conduct thorough testing and validation of automotive components and systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
- Test Planning: Develop and implement test plans, procedures, and protocols for verification and validation activities.
- Analysis & Reporting: Analyze test results, identify issues, and prepare detailed test reports and documentation.
- Collaboration: Work closely with design, engineering, and production teams to resolve testing issues and improve product quality.
- Compliance: Ensure all testing activities adhere to regulatory and quality standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement in testing and validation practices.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support and expertise in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to validation engineering.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-7 years of experience in verification and validation testing within the automotive industry.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of validation engineering principles and testing methodologies.
- Experience with automotive testing equipment and software tools.
- Knowledge of automotive industry standards and regulations.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
