Seeking an experienced Full-Time Trainer with a minimum of 3 years of training expertise to lead efforts in enhancing students soft skills and verbal communication. This role requires instructional proficiency, excellent communication skills, and the ability to produce comprehensive training reports.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging training modules on soft skills and verbal communication.
- Use various teaching methods to cover communication, public speaking, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Assess students progress through assignments, quizzes, and practical exercises.
- Provide personalized feedback to enhance soft skills and verbal communication.
- Collaborate with instructional designers to ensure effective training materials.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive training reports outlining program objectives, content, methodology, and outcomes.
- Demonstrate flexibility by being open to travel for training sessions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 3 years of training experience in soft skills and verbal communication.
- Strong command of English, written and spoken.
- Proficiency in using training tools and technologies for interactive learning.
