Job Description Designation: Wedding sales Manager Job Type: Full-time Reporting to: COO / Director / VP We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Wedding Sales Manager to join our team at Meravilla. As a Wedding Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling wedding packages and coordinating all aspects of the wedding planning process. This is a full-time position based in Vikhroli, Maharashtra, India. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on wedding planning and coordination Responsibilities Develop strong relationship with wedding planning firms through prospecting and presentation efforts for the purpose of securing business for the resorts and proper positioning of the resort as a wedding destination. Ensure excellent guest service by training and developing a customer-focused team Responding to all wedding inquiries in a prompt and professional manner, assisting clients on options best suited to both the couples needs and the resorts successful operation while providing excellent service Administer and enforce Resort policies and procedures to maintain a safe and welcoming environment Collaborate with marketing team and sales team to develop and implement strategies to attract new guests and increase revenue Conduct all site visit and follow up with the potential client to secure the business. Worked closely with Director of Marketing and Sales and GM of Sales to optimize schedule and business options. Employ excellent communication and listening skills to qualify clients and grow conversion of leads. Maintain flexible schedule including weekends, evening and early morning hours and holidays, modifying hours as needed to ensure best sales efforts Other duties as assigned. Requirements and skills 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry Bachlers Degree in Management or related field Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Must have proven track record for anticipating and following through on leads to maximize sales. Knowledge of guest service management and hospitality industry best practices Ability to develop and motivate a diverse team Experience in operations management and staff development Ability to travel, and project a professional self-image.
