We are seeking an experienced **Venue Partnership Manager** to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building and maintaining relationships with venue owners to secure tie-ups and exclusive deals for events and special occasions. This is a strategic role requiring someone with excellent negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the Bangalore venue landscape, and a passion for the events industry.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Identify and build partnerships with key venue owners across Bangalore.
- Negotiate and secure exclusive deals for event spaces, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with venue partners.
- Work closely with internal teams (design, marketing, and sales) to coordinate events at partner venues.
- Conduct market research to identify new venue opportunities and trends.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of venue partnerships to ensure high standards are maintained.
- Ensure smooth communication between venue owners and internal stakeholders.
**Qualifications:**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the events, hospitality, or marketing industries.
- Must be based in Bangalore and have a strong understanding of the local market and venue landscape.
- Proven experience in business development or partnership management.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
- A passion for events and a keen eye for discovering unique and high-quality venues.
