Position Overview

The Vendor Lead plays a critical role within our organization, responsible for managing and optimizing vendor partnerships to align with strategic goals. This role requires a strong leader with excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills to ensure vendor performance meets organizational standards. The Vendor Lead will foster strong relationships with vendors, navigate complex vendor management scenarios, and contribute to a streamlined operational framework.

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring & Controlling Vendor Performance

    • Oversee and manage vendor performance
    • Monitor daily KPIs and ensure compliance with regulations
    • Handle escalations between stakeholders
    • Foster collaboration to optimize operational efficiency

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum of five years of experience in vendor management or operations
  • Familiarity with the specific industry in which the organization operates
