Vendor Manager (IT Recruitment) to join our HR department. The person will build a strong tech talent pipeline and maintain vendor relation.
- Preferred industry: IT service or recruitment consultancy
- Experience: 06 months to 2 years of hiring through vendor and exposure to staff augmentation
- Desired Candidate Profile:
Applicants must have 06 months to 2 years experience in hiring for staff augmentation
Applicants should be comfortable to relocate in Kolkata
Good understanding of vendor relation management, maintaining ETA, closure of client requirements on time.
Should be well acquainted with social media like LinkedIn.
Should have experience working in C2C and C2H models.
. Candidate with experience in Vendor Management or staff augmentation will be only preferred.
Applicants should have good communication and writing skill.
Writing and posting technical job descriptions
Sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles from vendors and LinkedIn.
Connect qualified candidates with technical team.
Should maintain TAT and act as a bridge between vendor and internal team to close requirements.
Arranging interviews and responsible for vendor management.
