Job Description

  • Analytics for Vendors on calling trends, workable leads, leads to be targeted
  • Telecaller level incentives, contests and launching micro campaigns
  • Monitor calling trends and caller wise productivity
  • Manage overall Cost of acquisition and ensure Telecaller productivity
  • Training of Vendor team regarding InCred products, processes and workflows
  • Timely settlement of vendor invoices
  • Experience from Outbound telecalling background working in a telecalling unit is preferred
