Manage the RFP process, review SOWs including vendor selection and evaluation.
Oversee vendor management throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to specifications.
Monitor and manage project budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Manage procurement risks and issues proactively.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
Maintain clear communication and collaboration with all stakeholders, including internal teams, external vendors, and project sponsors.
Develop and deliver procurement reports to keep stakeholders informed of progress and performance.
Track and analyze procurement data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred)
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent ( strongly preferred)
Strong analytical skills with understanding of technical services and how companies work.
Minimum of [8 - 10] years of experience in procurement or project management, with a focus on procurement
Proven track record of successfully managing procurement projects on time, within budget, and to scope
Strong understanding of procurement principles, best practices, and legal considerations
Experience with vendor and contract management
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira)
Experience with procurement software (a plus)
