Job Summary: -
The Vendor Management associate is responsible for processing low complexity transactions in a timely and accurate manner as per the specific standard operating procedures. He/ she should be able to perform rule-based tasks over an online Applicant Tracking System.
Key Responsibilities: -
- Responsible for managing and posting Jobs requirements on a timely basis over online Company Applicant Tracking system (ATS).
- Responsible for Reading, understanding skill set across various IT/Non-IT/Healthcare jobs, Writing Job Descriptions (JD) on online company ATS.
- Tracking jobs on various Vendor portals and on emails, understanding the JD or Job Title with Skills and posting the requirements on company ATS.
- Ensure service delivery as per Service Level Agreements. Identifying, sharing, and supporting operational improvements.
- Follow Data Security and Code of Conduct standards and ensure compliance with MIS & other internal guidelines.
- Ensure consistent productivity & accurate performance as per team requirements.
Key Skills & Qualification: -
Basic Qualifications Include
- Graduate (Preferred)
- Work experience of 0-12 months in Applicant Tracking System (Preferred)
- Good written verbal (English) communication skills
- Ability to understand various IT/Healthcare/Non-IT Skills
- Working knowledge of computer applications including Excel Word
- Good Typing Speed
- Comfortable working in Night shift
