- Job Description: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Vending Machine Operator to join our team. The primary responsibilities of this role include refilling and maintaining vending machines at various locations, ensuring they are kept clean and tidy, and managing stock with minimal errors. The operator will be required to check and reconcile stock every two weeks to maintain accurate inventory levels. Knowing how to ride a bike is crucial for this role as it involves traveling to various locations efficiently.
Visit various locations to refill vending machines with products.- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of vending machines to ensure they are in good working condition.
Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring products are restocked in a timely manner.
- Check and reconcile inventory every two weeks to minimize discrepancies.
Report any technical issues or malfunctions to the appropriate team for repairs.- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, sales, and machine performance.
Ensure all machines comply with health and safety regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of vending machines.- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 20 kgs).- Must know how to ride a bike for efficient travel between locations.
