Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a Veeva Vault System Administrator for our organization.

The consultant will work for our Veeva Clinical Vault development teams.

Here he/she will be a full team member in the agile / Scrum team.

Participate in all scrum events.

The consultant will collaborate with the Product Owner and Line of business consultants in the team. Understanding the business requirements and then developing the technical side of these, so we can improve the way we work in the Veeva Clinical Vault for our client's Business.

  • We expect a consultant who can work independently.
  • Pick up tasks by him/herself and drive these for completion.
  • We expect open and honest collaboration in the events, so there is transparency in the team on progress and blockers.

Requirements

Technical Skills:

  • Experience with Veeva implementation and configuration best practices.
  • Up-to-date Veeva Vault Business/System Administrator certifications (24R1).
  • Technical background in object-oriented software, with Java skills being a plus.
  • Familiarity with ticket tool applications like ServiceNow.

Soft Skills:

  • Knowledge about working in an Agile Team - preferably in a SAFe setup.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
