1. Managing Logistics Execution by adopting Global VC Logistics Strategy and Procedures

2. Check sales targets and compliance with project objectives.

3. Analyze inventory levels and logistics materials to ensure zero missing material or special Freight to support customers

4. Monitor inventory levels and take action to control variances.

5. Analysing Logistics Concerns to Improve customers Delivery Ratings.

6. Plan and coordinate the inventories taking activities in the plant.

7. Address support to suppliers and/or customers on specific issues/ plans

8. Ensure Material requirements as per Plan.

9. Generate improvement ideas for reduction in cost and expenses

10. Ensure cost effective measures to reduce the logistics cost

11. Close cooperation with other verticals of SCM and SCM Processes.

12. Continuous Improvement of Logistics Standards & Activities.

13. Know and apply the policy of 5S, health, safety and environment in VC.

14. Know the basic principles of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001 and its interaction. Lead External or Interal Audits.

16. Make efficient use of resources and tools in order to

avoid unnecessary waste.

17. Packaging development for Existing & New Programs.

18. Customs Clarance & Related Tasks

19. Freight Negotiation & Contract Finalization.
