Responsibilities :-
- Develop and maintain advanced Excel-based models and tools to automate processes and improve efficiency.
- Design and implement complex Excel formulas and functions including Vlookup, Xlookup, SumIf, CountIf, ElseIf, Left, Right, etc.
- Create and optimize VBA macros to automate repetitive tasks and streamline workflows.
- Extract and manipulate data using SQL queries from databases to integrate with Excel and other reporting tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Analyze data sets to generate insights and create visualizations using Power BI and Tableau.
- Provide technical support and training to users on Excel functionalities, VBA macros, and SQL queries.
Requirements :-
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience (3 years) as an Advanced/VBA Excel Expert or similar role.
- Expertise in creating complex Excel formulas and functions such as Vlookup, Xlookup, SumIf, CountIf, ElseIf, Left, Right, etc.
- Strong proficiency in VBA programming for Excel automation.
- Experience in writing and optimizing SQL queries to extract and manipulate data.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications :-
- Certification in Microsoft Excel, VBA, SQL, or related technologies.
- Experience in developing dashboards and reports in Power BI or Tableau.
- Knowledge of other programming languages (Python, R) is a plus.
